Indians end regular season with win over East Central, look to postseason
ICC men’s soccer wrapped up the regular season Wednesday with a 3-1 win over East Central Community College behind two Daven Sanders (Tupelo) goals.

Fulton, Miss. – Itawamba Community College men's soccer wrapped up the regular season Wednesday with a 3-1 win over East Central Community College behind two Daven Sanders (Tupelo) goals.
Sanders scored two goals in a span of 59 seconds late in the first half to propel the Indians to the win.
Prior to Sanders quick goals, Owen Anforth (Burnley, England) netted the game's first goal at the 10th minute to give the Indians (9-40-2, 6-3-1 MACCC) an early lead.
The Indians played three keepers in the contest and maintained the 3-0 advantage until the 78th minute when the Warriors scored on a penalty kick.
The 3-1 victory secured the Indians playoff fate, and they will travel to Mississippi Gulf Coast Saturday for a quarterfinal's matchup at 5 p.m. in Perkinston. In the regular season, the Indians defeated Gulf Coast, 5-1, in Fulton.
