Slater Lott
Head Baseball Coach

Slater Lott was named head baseball coach at Itawamba Community College in 2025. He joined ICC after a successful tenure as an assistant coach at Pearl River Community College from 2019–2025, where he helped guide the Wildcats to multiple state, regional, and national titles. His coaching journey also includes stops at Delta State University (2018–2019) and Meridian Community College (2016–2018).

Lott’s coaching highlights include winning the 2025 MACCC Championship, the 2025 NJCAA Regional Championship, the 2024 MACCC Championship, the 2022 MACCC and Regional Championships, and the 2022 NJCAA Division II National Championship. He was part of the 2021 MACCC Championship team and contributed to Delta State’s 2019 Gulf South Conference Tournament Championship. In 2022, he earned the ABCA National Assistant Coach of the Year award.

A 2022 graduate of Delta State University with a master’s degree, Lott brings a winning pedigree and a commitment to player development to the ICC baseball program.

Off the field, he is married to his wife Melissa, and they have two children, Reece and Kamryn.
