CLINTON, MS – Dr. Bronson Prochaska announced Thursday's cheer clinic has been cancelled due to travel concerns with the weather conditions throughout North Mississippi.
The next clinics will be held on Wednesday, March 18 and Thursday, March 19 at the ICC Fitness Center Gym.
Tryouts for the Co-Ed Cheer squad will be on April 22 at 3:00 p.m. Participants will be required to perform a cheer, the ICC Fight Song, and five partner stunts. The cheer and fight song will be taught during the clinics.
Required partner stunts include: chair, extension, liberty, and toss shoulders with the fifth stunt left up to the creativity and skill level of the participant. Additional points can be earn for tumbling skills.
