SELMA, AL. – The Indians rallied from a 15-point deficit in the second half to pick up a 79-72 road victory over Wallace-Selma on Monday.
Ole Miss signee Brian Halums (Simmons) scored 15-straight to rally the Indians to a 71-65 lead with 1:45 left in the game before taking care of business from the free throw line to hang on for the 5-point win.
Halums finished the night with 31 points and 13 rebounds. Tre Jenkins (Tupelo) scored 14 with Paris Harris (Hot Springs, AR) adding 12 in the victory.
The Indians will travel to West Memphis, Arkansas to take on ASU Mid-South on Thursday.
