Brown earns All-MACCC honor

Jackson, Miss. – Itawamba Community College's Brandon Brown (Memphis, Tenn.) earned postseason honors from the Mississippi Association of Community College's Conference (MACCC) on Thursday.

Brown received the MACCC North First-Team honor for his performance this season.

He led the men's team in scoring and rebounding with 18.9 points and 10.6 rebounds per game. The sophomore guard shot 46.8 percent from the floor, 26.3 percent from behind the arc and 71 percent from the free throw line. Brown was named MACCC Player of the Week twice this season and recorded 10 double-doubles for points and rebounds in 13 games.
