Holliday Stays Hot, Winston Sets Record in Win Over East Mississippi

FULTON, MS – ICC rolled past East Mississippi, 102-71, in non-conference play behind a record-tying performance on Thursday.

Tim Holliday stayed hot. After setting the program record for most 3-pointers in a game on Monday, Holliday knocked down six more against the Lions (10-6), the third-most in a game in the modern-day record book. He finished with a game-high 23 points.
Damarion Winston broke the modern-day record for assists in a game with 15, topping the previous mark set by Quenten Taylor against Northwest during the 2016-17 season. Winston added 17 points and six rebounds as the Indians kept the offense rolling with 26 assists on 41 made baskets.
DJ Davis scored 21 points while adding six assists and four steals. Jaden Harper chipped in 17 points and hit three 3-pointers.
ICC will open conference play Monday at Coahoma (9-1). The Guaranty Bank opening tip is set for 7:30 p.m. in Clarksdale.
