FULTON, Miss. – After a record-breaking stretch, Tim Holliday has earned Men's Basketball Player of the Week honors from the Mississippi Association of Community Colleges Conference (MACCC), according to an announcement on Tuesday.
The Fulton native powered ICC to a perfect 2-0 start to the 2026 half of the season, producing a historic week that rewrote the Indians' modern-era record book.
In ICC's dominant 90-71 victory over Tennessee Valley, Holliday erupted for a program modern-era record 44 points, the most ever scored by an ICC player in a single game. He added another milestone by knocking down nine three-pointers, setting a new modern-era standard for made threes in a game.
Holliday followed up his record-breaking night with another standout performance in a 102-71 non-conference win over East Mississippi. In that contest, ICC scored a modern-era team-record 14 three-pointers, with Holliday leading the charge by connecting on six shots from beyond the arc, tying the third-most made threes in a game in modern program history.
The Indians will be back in action on Thursday, Jan. 15, against rival Northeast at 7:30 p.m. in the Davis Event Center.
