The game was a coin flip the whole way. The Indians led 27-26 at the break, the Warriors answered with a 32-31 edge in the second half, and it was tied 58-58 after regulation. In overtime, the Indians found just enough offense to win the period 14-12 and finish it.
Damarion Winston was the tone-setter finishing with 20 points and adding eight rebounds and five assists. DJ Davis added 17 points and a team-high nine rebounds. Dailin Cooperwood gave ICC a steady interior presence off the bench with 10 rebounds, and the Indians got important two-way work from Kyler Fox, who had nine rebounds plus two blocks and two steals.
The difference was the work ICC did between possessions. The Indians won the glass 51-46 and took better care of it, finishing with 14 turnovers to the Warriors' 19.
