KNOXVILLE, Tenn. – The Indians stayed perfect on the season with a commanding 5-1 win over Patrick & Henry Community College on Thursday at Johnson University, improving to 4-0-0.
The Indians struck early when Villads Juma (Denmark) buried a penalty kick in the 19th minute. He followed with his second of the match just 11 minutes later, finishing off an assist from Vincent Walters to put ICC in control before halftime.
Patrick & Henry pulled one back in the 54th minute, but the Indians answered quickly. Just four minutes later, Jeremiah Dudley (Oxford) restored the two-goal cushion with an unassisted strike. From there, ICC took full command of the match.
Ronaldo Serna (Hernando) extended the lead in the 76th minute off a setup from Juma, who finished with two goals and one assist on the day. Guilherme Ferri (Brazil) then capped the scoring with a late penalty in the 87th minute, securing the 5-1 result.
