RIDGELAND, Miss. – The Indians saw its postseason run end in a hard-fought 1-0 loss to No. 10 Jones College in the semifinals of the NJCAA Region 23 Tournament at Freedom Ridge Park on Wednesday.
The decisive moment came when Jones scored on a corner opportunity in the 31st minute.
The Indians finished the season with an 11-4-4 overall record and 6-1-4 conference record, including wins over the seventh and eighth-ranked teams in the country along with a tie with the No. 11 team while receiving votes in the final NJCAA rankings of the season.
