Montgomery’s record-breaking outing earns MACCC Pitcher of the Week
Itawamba Community College sophomore Ramsey Montgomery has been named the Mississippi Association of Community Colleges Conference (MACCC) Softball Pitcher of the Week.

FULTON, Miss. – Itawamba Community College sophomore Ramsey Montgomery has been named the Mississippi Association of Community Colleges Conference (MACCC) Softball Pitcher of the Week.
Saying Montgomery delivered a dominant outing for the Indians would be an understatement, as she worked all 12 innings in ICC's 1-0 walk-off victory in game one over then-No. 20 Gulf Coast. Along the way, she struck out 19 batters, setting a new modern-day program-record while also setting the record for innings pitched.
No. 10 ICC will be back in action on Saturday, March 14, when they face Meridian in a road doubleheader starting at 1 p.m.
