Hoskins Inducted into Athletic Hall of Fame
Jameika Hoskins made her mark on ICC women’s basketball during her standout sophomore season, leading the Lady Indians to a 26-3 record and a runner-up finish in the NJCAA Region 23 Tournament.
FULTON, Miss - Jameika Hoskins made her mark on ICC women's basketball during her standout sophomore season, leading the Lady Indians to a 26-3 record and a runner-up finish in the NJCAA Region 23 Tournament. A native of Aberdeen, she ranked 21st nationally in rebounding before continuing her career at Southeastern Louisiana University, where she earned her bachelor's degree.
Hoskins' ICC legacy includes being named an NJCAA All-American, leading her team to North Division and MACJC State championships, and earning first-team All-State and All-Region honors. She averaged 14.9 points and 10.3 rebounds per game, ranking first in single-season rebounds, eighth in single-season points, and sixth in single-season blocks.
Her jersey was honored in the NJCAA Ring of Honor at the Women's Basketball Hall of Fame in Knoxville, Tennessee, during the 2012-13 season.
Now serving in the U.S. Navy and stationed in San Diego, California, Hoskins continues to shine on the court as a member of the All-Navy Basketball Team. Her accolades include multiple All-Navy medals: silver (2016, 2019), gold (2017), and bronze (2022, 2023), as well as selection to the 2023 All-Tournament Team and Team USA Armed Forces roster.
She and her spouse, Tara Ingram, have two children, Rameek and T'ari Ingram.
