FULTON, Ala. — The Lady Indians used balanced scoring and a strong second-half effort to defeat Snead State 71–63 on Monday.
ICC held a narrow 34–33 halftime edge before outscoring the Bears 37–30 in the second half. The Lady Indians shot 48.5 percent from the floor and converted 5-of-8 from the free-throw line while limiting Snead State to 38.9 percent overall.
Carlie Brock led the ICC with 23 points on 10-of-15 shooting, adding three rebounds and four steals. Starr Amos added 16 points and five rebounds, while I'Xana Winters contributed 11 points and six rebounds.
The Lady Indians controlled the glass 27–31 and forced nine turnovers in the win.
