The ICC women's tennis teams released its 2017 schedule, as announced by first-year head coach Michael Metz. The 15-match schedule includes eight matches at the Johnson-Partlow Tennis Courts.

Fulton, MS - The ICC women's tennis teams released its 2017 schedule, as announced by first-year head coach Michael Metz. The 15-match schedule includes eight matches at the Johnson-Partlow Tennis Courts.
ICC will open the 2017 season with four-straight home matches. The season opener will be on February 24 against East Central Community College. Other home matches include: Copiah-Lincoln Community College, Meridian Community College, Holmes Community College, Hinds Community College, Wallace State (AL) Community College-Hanceville, Jones County Junior College, and Northeast Mississippi Community College.

New look Lady Indians look to gain experience
Jordan Roberts (Shannon) is the lone Lady Indian returning from last season's squad. The sophomore advanced to the quarterfinals of the No. 1 singles and No. 1 doubles brackets in last year's state and region tournament.
The Lady Indians will face four teams from the ITA Preseason Top 25: No. 18 Meridian, No. 20 Mississippi Gulf Coast, No. 21 Hinds, and No. 25 Jones County.

ICC's roster includes five freshmen and sophomore, Emily Buster (Prattville, AL), who was a member of the women's soccer team. The freshmen include: Bailey Gillentine (Mooreville), Karlin Garrett (Tupelo Christian), Georgia Claire Campbell (Pontotoc), Lizbeth Jiminez (Pontotoc), and Charity Tedford (Pontotoc).
