FULTON – The Indians got their first conference win of the season with a 68-57 victory over Delta at the Davis Event Center Thursday night.
James Turner (Biloxi) had a team-best 14 points while AJ Dent (Thomasville, Ga.) added 11 and Bryson Dawkins (Ozark, Ala.), nine.
Dent also led the Indians with 10 rebounds for a double-double.
The Indians (15-2, 1-1 MACCC) will play again on Saturday, January 27 when they host Holmes for a 5 p.m. conference matchup.
