Bevill State 3, Itawamba 1
In the afternoon, the Indians battled Bevill State in a back-and-forth four-set match but came up just short (25-20, 14-25, 25-19, 26-24). After evening the match with a dominant second set, ICC couldn't capitalize on late opportunities in the third and fourth.
East again led the way with 14 kills and 9 digs, while Kadence Rolston (Florence, AL) had her best outing of the season with 12 kills on a .333 hitting percentage. Dorr chipped in 10 kills and 2 blocks, and Taylor was efficient with 7 kills and a .538 hitting mark.

ICC also made noise at the service line, finishing with 10 aces, including 3 from Miller and 2 each from East, Salter, and Enis.
"Bevill State is always tough, and they made us work for everything," McGregor said. "We had some really good stretches, especially in the second set, but we've got to learn how to finish those close ones."
